At 24hrs Drainage, we recently completed a Buchan interceptor trap replacement at a property in Reading. The original trap, a relic of 19th-century drainage systems, had become a source of recurring blockages. This is a common issue with Buchan traps, as they are prone to accumulating debris and restricting flow.

To resolve the problem, we used CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) techniques to install a modern straight pipe without the need for extensive digging. By breaking out the old trap and seamlessly installing the new pipe, we ensured a more efficient and durable drainage solution for the property.
